You must have authority to connect the Instagram account and must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms and applicable law. You must not use the service for spam, harassment or unlawful content.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service.
You are responsible for the replies and automations you configure and send through the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or stop features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Actionpackd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can disconnect your account at any time. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
